As a LIFENEST Sales Manager, your day-to-day activities can be split into two areas; Landlords & Tenants. You are to source properties to add to the LIFENEST portfolio and find quality tenants who fit our target tenant demographic.

Landlord-facing role

You will play a pivotal role in sourcing properties and landlords whilst developing an understanding of what makes a quality LIFENEST Home. Whilst not essential, it would be ideal for a prospective Sales Manager to have previous experience dealing with, and know, landlords who have properties that fit the LIFENEST Home criteria.

Landlords and new property sourcing

+ Schedule and book viewings with landlords.
+ Conduct negotiations with landlords
+ Handling day to day lead enquiries via phone, email, written correspondence and face to face.
+ Gathering information with regards to property particulars and feeding that information to LIFENEST Directors
+ Maintain contact with developers and agents
+ Gathering information from management companies
+ Maintaining and compiling spreadsheets
+ Minimum of 2 properties required per month (Expected target of 3)

Tenant-facing role

At LIFENEST, we don’t just sell people rooms. We help our clients build all aspects of their lives, through our expertise and our Nest Options packages. A strong client focus is key.

Tenants sales

+ Conduct Viewings
+ Posting Adverts
+ Qualifying new applicants
+ Guiding new tenants through the LIFENEST Tenancy Process
+ Minimum 3 tenants per month (Expected target 4)

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

+ Strong literacy Skills
+ Sales Experience very recommended
+ Strong desire for career progress

+ High activity rate with excellent relationship building skills
